Job Description
Order Selectors are responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of orders and ensuring they arrive at the delivery platform completely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
- Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing material handling equipment (pallet jack/heavy machinery
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area
- Comply with OSHA regulations and/or MSDS standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Work in 20' freezer
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
- Ability to perform simple math calculations
- Ability to identify and locate a product that requires reading, counting, and printing
- Ability to operate various material handling equipment
- Ability to work in various temperatures for periods of up to12 hours per day
- Ability to load/unload, lift/move equipment/product which may weigh up to 100 pounds
- Must meet material handling equipment certification requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb, and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift
- Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
- Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
- $16-$18 Pay Range
- $150 Quarterly Safety Bonus & Safety Meals
