Key Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a role that is face paced and detail oriented while ensuring a high degree of accuracy
- Schedule inbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities
- Meet or exceed all service and efficiency standards for receiving
- Ensure accuracy of all receiving documents
- Assist all guests and guest representatives at the receiving window
- Gather and maintain all data and records relative to receiving activities
- Maintain legible and accurate records and logs as required
- Assist in training new team members
- Assist in maintaining facility security
- Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can’t be self-corrected to the warehouse supervisor
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area in accordance with Llano’s standards of housekeeping.
- Conduct yourself in a polite and service oriented manner towards guest representatives and fellow team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
- Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with Team Members and/or customers
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn technical material to accomplish necessary objectives
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift
- Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
- Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
