What You’ll Do :
Lead & Inspire : Manage a team of pharmacists and staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure top-notch service and operational excellence.
Ensure Medication Safety : Oversee the accurate dispensing of medications, checking for drug interactions, proper dosages, and patient-specific concerns.
Patient Education : Counsel patients on medication use, potential side effects, and managing chronic conditions, fostering strong relationships with each individual.
Operational Management : Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication orders, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Regulatory Compliance : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy laws, ensure all documentation is accurate, and lead efforts to maintain full regulatory compliance.
