The Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing and developing the clinical departments of the ASC, including tasks such as hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling, and supervising staff. We are looking for a leader with proven strategies and the flexibility to foster continued growth for the business. The Clinical Director must possess excellent critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence to manage relationships with staff at all levels. This role supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization and reports to the ASC Administrator.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Implement staff development programs, quality assurance initiatives, and budget monitoring for clinical services.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for program growth and ensure business sustainability.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the management team.
- Manage regulatory compliance, including Joint Commission and CMS standards.
- Oversee program development and ensure adherence to fiscal budgets and performance improvement goals.
- Schedule and supervise clinical staff, ensuring optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
- Act in accordance with the vision, mission, and values of the center.
