Director of Facilities

Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital, Kingwood is looking for a Director of Facilities to join the team!

Manages the day-to-day operations of Facilities to promote a safe, effective, and efficient environment. Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing building operations and services.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in facilities and / or materials management.
• Possess knowledge of JCAHO accreditation standards relating to environment of care and hospital facilities management.
• Possess ability to manage and complete multiple competing projects.
• Possess working knowledge of facilities management
• Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
