Job Summary:
The Scope Reprocessing Technician, is responsible for ensuring that endoscopic equipment is properly cleaned, disinfected, and ready for use. Key duties include -
- Cleaning and Disinfection: Thoroughly clean and disinfect endoscopes and other related equipment following established protocols.
- Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect equipment for damage or wear and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Compliance: Ensure all procedures comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Support: Assist medical staff during procedures by preparing and providing necessary equipment.
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00/hour depending on experience
