Bass Surgery Center is offering a $5,000.00 Sign On Bonus.Bass Surgery Center in Walnut Creek is searching for a Pre-Op / PACU RN Full Time to join our family. Bass Surgery Center is a fast-paced multi-specialty ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.Pay Range : $48.00 - $68.00 / hourWages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.Required Skills EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Currently licensed in the state of CA.Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS.Minimum of 2 years experience in PACU or ICU.SKILLS REQUIRED : Interdependent Partnering Good communication and human relations skills.Mastering Complexity Ability to organize and follow through on own initiative.Ability to master new skills.Technical / Functional Thorough knowledge of all phases of perioperative process including knowledge of surgical procedures and anesthesia implications.Current nursing assessment and patient care skills.Telemetry experience necessary.Qualifications : Experience Critical Care or PACU experience preferred.Bass Surgery Center complies with federal, state, and / or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
