Northern Michigan Surgical Suites has an immediate need for a per diem Operating Room RN! Northern Michigan Surgical Suites is a beautiful, state-of-the-art, multi-specialty center outpatient surgical center. It is designed to give patients, friends and family a relaxing experience before, during and after the procedure. Northern Michigan Surgical Suites also provides a high ratio of medical staff to patients in order to provide the highest quality experience and attentive care.
Job Summary : The Operating Room RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Operating Room RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.

Required Skills
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- One to two years of experience as Operating Room Circulator.
- Active Michigan Registered Nurse license.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS and PALS.
