JOB DESCRIPTION : Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. If you are ready to make a meaningful difference, we encourage you to take advantage of this exceptional opportunity.REQUIRED SKILLS : Must have OR Operations experiencePrefer Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; equivalent experience consideredMinimum five years’ experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consultingDemonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skillsExcellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with “C” level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workersProficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skillsAbility to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partnersStrong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysisTravel : Up to 75% travel required (vehicle travel). Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.Compensation : Pay : $200k-$300k annual base.
