Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated summer intern with strong writing skills to assist in updating and organizing our internal control documentation. This position focuses on production, quality, and office administration functions, requiring on-site work at our Fort Wayne, IN location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Update production work instructions to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Revise and improve various control and process flow documents.
- Create new documentation as needed to support internal processes.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to validate and update document content.
- Scan paper documents and create electronic backups for improved accessibility.
- Organize and catalog documents to ensure ease of access and proper archival.
Qualifications
