United Talent is seeking a skilled and hardworking Hardscape Installer / Laborer to join our team. This role involves the installation of various hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, masonry, or landscaping and be capable of working in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. This position offers year-round work, ensuring stability and continuous employment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, excavating, and leveling ground.
- Install pavers, bricks, stones, and other hardscape materials according to design specifications.
- Construct retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other landscape features.
- Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment, such as skid steers and compactors.
- Mix and pour concrete, mortar, and other materials as required.
- Follow project blueprints and communicate effectively with the team to ensure quality workmanship.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance.
