United Talent is urgently hiring an Industrial Custodian in the Maidsville , WV area!
Are you a detail-oriented and motivated individual looking for a hands-on role? We’re hiring a Custodian to help maintain cleanliness and organization at an industrial facility. If you take pride in keeping spaces tidy and functional, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do :
- Maintain cleanliness of buildings and work areas.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, drinking fountains, and common areas.
- Dust furniture, equipment, and high / low surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, or mechanical concerns.
- Occasionally perform deep-cleaning tasks like carpet shampooing and floor refinishing.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
Pay & Shift : $18 - $20 / HR BOE; Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week with a flexible start time! Some weekend work my be required for buffing and waxing floors.
