Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and motivated? Do you take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized? United Talent is looking for an Industrial Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety in an industrial facility. Pay starts at $18 / HR. Join our team today!

Job Responsibilities :

Maintain cleanliness of buildings and work areas.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, drinking fountains, and common areas.
Dust furniture, equipment, and high / low surfaces.
Report maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, or mechanical concerns.
Occasionally perform deep-cleaning tasks like carpet shampooing and floor refinishing.
Follow all safety and environmental procedures.

Pay & Shift :

18-20 / HR based on experience

Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Schedule time can be flexible

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED (preferred).

2 years of custodial or related experience (preferred).

Ability to work independently and stay motivated.

Basic understanding of safety procedures.

Valid driver’s license.

Work in an industrial setting – both indoors and outdoors.

Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and occasional climbing.

Exposure to varying temperatures, moving machinery, and cleaning chemicals.

Referral Bonus ($40 for 40 hours worked, $140 for 140 hours worked)

Medical (after 60 days on assignment)
