United Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen & Bath Remodeler to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in kitchen and bath remodeling, including plumbing, drywall, framing, cabinetry, tile work, backsplash installation, and basic electrical tasks. The perfect candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to lead projects independently and deliver outstanding results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management & Execution : Take full ownership of assigned kitchen and bath remodeling projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Multi-Trade Expertise : Perform a wide range of high-quality remodeling tasks, including :
- Plumbing installations and repairs
- Drywall hanging, patching, and finishing
- Framing and structural adjustments
- Custom cabinetry installation and repairs
- Tile work for floors, walls, and backsplashes
- Basic electrical work (e.g., fixture and outlet installation)
Client Engagement : Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication with clients throughout the remodeling process to ensure their satisfaction.
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting : Identify and address project challenges quickly and effectively, implementing solutions to maintain workflow and quality.
Team Collaboration : Work independently while coordinating with fellow craftsmen, contractors, and designers as needed.
Quality & Compliance : Ensure all work meets company standards, adheres to local building codes, and follows safety regulations.
