UTA seeks a highly motivated and experienced Facilities and Workplace Services Executive to lead and manage all aspects of our global workplace operations. This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing facilities and office services across all UTA locations, including Beverly Hills, New York, London, Nashville, Atlanta, Munich, Madrid, and additional locations as we grow. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, customer-centric leader with a proven track of operational excellence and team management. This position is located in Beverly Hills, California.The salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000 commensurate with experience and skills.What You Will DoStrategic Business Management : Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance workplace efficiency, employee experience, and operational excellence across all locations.Oversee and maintain consistent worldwide procedures, best practices, and service standards for all facilities.Oversee preparation of the annual Facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness through regular vendor management / RFPs, effective team management, and by continuously challenging the status quo.Facilities Management : Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all UTA facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Manage relationships with building management, security, and parking vendors.Oversee the implementation of workplace safety programs, emergency preparedness plans, and business continuity protocols.Coordinate office moves and relocations across all locations.Real Estate & Space Planning : Collaborate with real estate and project management teams on new office leases, expansions, and renovations.Conduct space planning and utilization analyses to optimize office layouts and maximize productivity.Manage vendor relationships with architects, contractors, and other relevant service providers.Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Strategy, People Team, Technology, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.Manage requests from department heads, partners, etc. regarding space (office, workstation) requests (adds / movements / relocations).Office Services : Oversee the delivery of high-quality office services, including reception, mailroom, print center, housekeeping, and pantry services.Oversee the management of internal conference room bookings, catering, and audiovisual support.Ensure efficient and effective workflows for all office services.Event Support : Facilities will collaborate with and support the Events team to ensure the successful planning and execution of all internal and external events.Oversee team responsible for event logistics, including set-up, break-down, and housekeeping during event.Team Leadership & Development : Lead and manage a high-performing team of direct reports, overseeing all aspects of workplace services, including facilities management, real estate operations support, office services, and event support.Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.What You Will NeedBachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.You must have a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in facilities management, real estate operations, or a related field within a corporate environment.Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant workplace management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding expectations.To ensure consideration, please submit your application before the closing date of March 7, 2025.What You Will GetThe unique and exciting opportunity to work at one of the leading global entertainment companies.Access to the tools, leadership and resources you’ll need to create and drive a center of excellence.The opportunity to do the best work of your career.Competitive benefits and programs to support your well-being.About UTAUTA unites ideas, opportunities and talent.
