AEM Project Manager with Workfront Experience

We are seeking an experienced AEM Project Manager with Workfront expertise to lead and manage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM platforms, digital project management, and experience leveraging Adobe Workfront to streamline workflows and optimize project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end AEM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Utilize Adobe Workfront to manage project workflows, track progress, and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, content strategists, and marketing teams, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee AEM development, configuration, and deployment, ensuring best practices and governance standards are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and encourage an iterative, data-driven approach to project execution.
- Ensure seamless integration between AEM and Workfront to enhance workflow automation and efficiency.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate post-launch support activities.
- 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing AEM projects.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront for project tracking, resource management, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture, development, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing sprints.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with marketing, IT, and business teams to align project goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and integrations.
- PMP, CSM, or relevant Adobe Workfront certifications are a plus.
