We are looking for an Adobe Workfront Specialist to support, optimize, and manage Adobe Workfront implementations for project and workflow management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Workfront administration, configuration, and integrations while ensuring seamless collaboration between business teams, creative operations, and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Workfront Administration & Optimization:- Configure, customize, and manage Adobe Workfront to align with business processes and project workflows.
- Develop and maintain Workfront templates, dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to improve efficiency.
- Manage user access, permissions, and roles to ensure proper governance.
- Integrate Workfront with Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, and other enterprise tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, bugs, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and IT teams to define and implement efficient project tracking and workflow automation.
- Enable real-time collaboration through Workfront dashboards and reporting tools.
- Optimize Workfront resource management features for workload balancing and team productivity.
- Build custom reports and dashboards to track project KPIs, team performance, and operational bottlenecks.
- Leverage Workfront analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased productivity.
- Provide Workfront training to end-users, ensuring adoption and best practices.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials for Workfront users.
- Stay updated on Adobe Workfront updates and industry best practices.
- 3 years of experience in Adobe Workfront administration and project workflow management.
- Strong understanding of Workfront system architecture, APIs, and integrations with Adobe tools (AEM, Creative Cloud, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in Workfront Fusion for automation and system integrations.
- Experience creating custom Workfront dashboards, reports, and templates.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, Agile methodologies, and project tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer or Workfront Fusion certification.
- Experience integrating Workfront with JIRA, Slack, Salesforce, and other enterprise tools.
- Background in marketing operations, creative project management, or enterprise PMO.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Creative Cloud.
