We are seeking a skilled Amazon Connect Developer with expertise in Lambda, Python, and Lex to support the migration of a legacy contact center system to Amazon Connect. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with a talented team and implement cutting-edge cloud-based solutions to enhance customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, Lambda, and Lex.
• Create and optimize advanced contact flows, including integrations with other AWS services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and meet business needs.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
  • Proficiency in AWS Lambda and Python for serverless application development.
  • Experience designing and deploying Lex bots for conversational AI.

• Preferred:

  • AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) are a plus.
