We are seeking a skilled Amazon Connect Developer with expertise in Lambda, Python, and Lex to support the migration of a legacy contact center system to Amazon Connect. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with a talented team and implement cutting-edge cloud-based solutions to enhance customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, Lambda, and Lex.
- Create and optimize advanced contact flows, including integrations with other AWS services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and meet business needs.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience. -
Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in AWS Lambda and Python for serverless application development.
- Experience designing and deploying Lex bots for conversational AI.
