Accounts Payable-Accounts Receivable

Handle Daily Mail - Sorting, Distributing

Tracking and Recording Payments and Deposits

Courtesy emails and Phone calls to ensure timely payments

Review, Code and Process vendor invoices

Perform Data Entry associated with payables

Maintain Vendor Accounts

Respond to vendor inquiries as needed

Carry out full cycle A/P including weekly check runs

Various other duties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
