Position Overview : As a Project Manager, you play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects. Your proven expertise and track record in managing, coordinating, and successfully executing construction projects will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Lead all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout, to meet project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and management of project resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, pricing and change orders.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and change orders with clients and subcontractors.
- Process RFI’s, shop drawings, submittals, daily job reports and other required forms.
- Perform quantity take-offs for materials, ensure utility mark-outs are completed, perform field measurements and track quantities.
- Ensure production activities are optimized to the project budget, schedule, safety, and ease of operations, while maintaining profit and loss responsibility.
- As the primary point of contact, you will communicate updates, manage expectations and coordinate the efforts between all project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, consultants, GC’s, subcontractors, suppliers, workers and senior management.
- Collaborate with in-house estimators on pre-bid activities, bid proposals, and oversee documentation, permits, and pre-construction meetings.
