Position Summary
The Program Manager at United Therapy Center (UTC) oversees the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans and ensures the quality and effectiveness of services provided to clients. Working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Program Manager supports Behavior Technicians, coordinates treatment goals, and acts as the primary point of contact for client families. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure seamless service delivery and positive outcomes for clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Program Managers at UTC are expected to perform the following duties:
1. Program Oversight and Supervision
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation of behavior intervention plans as developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring they follow intervention protocols accurately.
- Conduct weekly check-ins and observations to monitor and assess client progress, making recommendations as needed.
- Create clients Learning Trees when starting a new case.
- Provide the Behavior Technicians in person support the first two sessions.
- Provide indirect work (reviewing raw data, analyzing data, reviewing Behavior Technicians notes, modifying goals, instructional notes, prompt hierarchy, reviewing session times and signatures, making visuals/materials per client, etc.)
- Getting approvals for every telehealth overlap, stimuli needed, community outings, and mastering goals, introducing new goals.
2. Treatment Planning and Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze data from Behavior Technicians to evaluate client progress and treatment effectiveness before providing them with specific feedback (using the sandwich method).
- Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust and update intervention plans based on data and observations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and session data.
3. Family and Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for client families, providing weekly updates on progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA, ensuring family members are informed and involved in the treatment process.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients and families.
4. Professional Development and Training
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development activities as required by UTC.
- Ensure that Behavior Technicians are well-informed on best practices, protocols, and procedures for delivering behavior analytic services.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to Behavior Technicians to support skill development and growth.
5. Compliance and Ethical Standards
- Adhere to UTC’s policies, BACB ethics code, as well as HIPAA and other applicable privacy and ethical standards, to ensure client confidentiality and quality care.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, families, and staff.
- Follow regulatory and organizational guidelines to maintain compliance with industry standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
