We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and support.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff, families, and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Support clients in achieving their goals through direct patient care and ongoing assessment.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
Experience
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is required.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in medical records management and documentation practices.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability in data collection methods related to behavioral health.
- Previous experience in patient assessment and care planning is preferred.
- A background in behavioral health settings is advantageous, particularly in roles involving direct client interaction.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
