Pay Rate: $18 – $27/hour (based on experience)
Location: Mandeville, LA (Local applicants only)
Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Support project managers with day-to-day operations
- Handle cost coding and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Organize and track project documentation and contracts
- Assist with coordination between field teams and office staff
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction-related office role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with construction documentation and accounting procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
