Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s prepared Registered Nurse (BSN) required.
- Oncology Certification (OCN) preferred, Nurse Navigator Certification required to be completed within first year of employment.
- Five (5) years work experience as a Registered Nurse in an oncology practice or clinic
- Urology or surgical experience preferred but not essential.
- Current knowledge of clinical best practices, quality assurance standards, and patient care management.
- Strong understanding of medical models, anatomy, pharmacology, pathophysiology, and clinical diagnostics.
- Proficient in applying the full nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with cancer registries, accreditation requirements, and HIPAA compliance.
- Skilled in care coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to assess health disparities and navigate culturally sensitive patient care needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Highly organized with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in EMR systems, computer use, and online research.
- Knowledge of community resources to support patient care.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas to improve patient outcomes.

- Must have the ability & willingness to travel to other sites as necessary within a geographic region.
- Regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
