Position Summary:
The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for assisting in all physician compensation-related calculations and presentations. They also provide support in producing compensation models, trend analyses, budgets/forecasts, and other ad hoc analyses to support the organization's long-term financial goals related to provider compensation.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build, calculate, and analyze compensation models and incentive plans for a multimarket Urology group.
- Review reconciliations of monthly/quarterly/yearly physician payroll reports.
- Assists in communication with business leaders (operational and corporate leaders) regarding results of analyses and propose actions where needed.
- Assists with the budget preparation and planning for provider compensation.
- Assist various UUG leaders with ad-hoc analysis as requested.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience in a healthcare environment desirable but not required.
- Exceptional business and financial acumen.
- Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tool experience desirable but not required.
Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Exceptionally well-organized and superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good judgment and analytical skills.
- Excellent ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Tech Requirements for the Job:
- High-speed, reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication and access to necessary systems and tools.
- Quiet and private work environment to maintain confidentiality and minimize background noise during calls.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools, such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and customer relationship management systems.
- Compliance with all security and privacy policies and protocols, including safeguarding patient information and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
