About The Role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for overall general IT Support for all of United Utility Services and locations. You’ll be the go-to problem solver ensuring our technology runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our team connected, productive, and secure, providing technical support that directly impacts our ability to power infrastructure nationwide. If you’re driven to make a difference through technology, this role is for you. This position will report to the Director of Information Technology.

About The Role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for overall general IT Support for all of United Utility Services and locations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to resolve users’ hardware and software problems
- Prioritize and escalate issues to ensure timely problem resolution
- Perform analysis of problems and determine the most effective resolution procedures
- Configure and install new hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
- Create and revise user training documentation and procedures
- Maintain technical support logs and resolution reports
- Assist in implementing security protocols, practices, and awareness management
- Maintain user’s software and hardware
- Maintain asset tracking system
- Perform effective patch management and security configuration updates
- Perform other office tasks as needed
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience working in a corporate end-user desktop and mobile support role, required
- Certification similar to CompTIA, MCSA, MTA, Microsoft Azure, Cisco based or Associate Degree in related field
- Thorough knowledge of Windows 10/11 and iOS
- Microsoft Office 365 / Azure tenant management
- Entra ID and Intune administration
- Multi-factor Authentication implementation
- VPN support
- Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Advanced printer and peripheral device troubleshooting
- Experience with Visio, flow diagrams, SharePoint, or other collaboration tools
- Works well in a team environment to accomplish common tasks
- High-volume transaction experience
- Must have strong attention to detail and must be well-organized
- Must be able to communicate with customers and team members
- Must respond well to process change
- Must be highly responsive to requests, work quickly and effectively with minimal supervision
- Must handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times
- Has excellent interpersonal skills as needed to work with executive and support staff
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency and know how to prioritize work
- Has excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills required
- Must be willing to travel
- Capacity to think, concentrate, and focus for long periods of time
- Capacity to reason and make sound decisions
- Capacity to express thoughts orally
- Ability to use a computer for long periods of time
