Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer and Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip our sales team with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Additionally, the Sales Trainer will play a key role in analyzing referral patterns within sales territories to identify opportunities, address gaps, and enhance sales strategies. This role will focus on onboarding new sales hires, ongoing skill development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Training Development and Delivery:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and tools usage.
- Customize training sessions based on team needs, market trends, and sales objectives.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions to accommodate diverse learning styles and remote teams.
- Create and implement a sales pitch certification program for the sales team.
Onboarding Program Management:
- Develop a comprehensive onboarding process to accelerate new hire readiness and reduce ramp-up time.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to create role-specific onboarding paths.
- Monitor the progress of new hires during their onboarding period and provide actionable feedback.
Strategic Analysis of Territory Referral Patterns:
- Analyze referral patterns within sales territories to identify trends, gaps, and high-performing areas.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create strategies that leverage referral insights for revenue growth.
- Design training modules that educate sales teams on utilizing referral data to enhance pipeline development and close rates.
- Use data-driven insights to refine territory management strategies and align training content with referral patterns.
Performance Evaluation and Coaching:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to team members to reinforce learning and address individual skill gaps.
- Identify high-performing individuals and develop strategies to replicate their success across the team.
- Perform ride along's with team members not hitting goals to identify gaps in talk tracks.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Partner with sales managers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the training content is relevant and up to date.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and sales best practices to enhance training materials.
- Regularly update training documentation, tools, and learning resources.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of sales experience.
- Proven experience as a sales trainer or in a sales enablement role.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and sales enablement platforms.
- Experience with data analysis, particularly in analyzing referral patterns or sales trends.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Healthcare background with knowledge around vein and vascular disease states preferred.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Certification in training, coaching, or analytics (e.g., ATD, Sales Enablement, or data-related certifications).

Must show proof of (and maintain) minimum personal auto insurance coverage of $100,000 for bodily injury liability per person, $300,000 for bodily injury liability per accident, and $50,000 for property damage liability.
