Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Louisville, CO, for a Water Restoration/Operations Manager Technician. The role involves managing water restoration operations, overseeing remediation projects, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members. Daily tasks include assessing property damage, developing and implementing restoration plans, coordinating with insurance adjusters, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The technician will also be responsible for training team members, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in water, fire, and mold remediation services
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes and ability to work with adjusters
- Ability to work on-site in Arvada, CO, and handle physically demanding tasks
- Certifications in water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, or mold remediation are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education in a related field is a plus
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
