The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in our databases with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Following up with insurance companies on required documents.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Input and update data into databases and computer systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular quality checks.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in construction industry.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Administrative Assistant / Data Entry
