Location: Pompano Beach, FL / Remote / Hybrid
Reports To: CEO General Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead our third-party online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and reviewing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. You will work closely with the marketing, production and management teams to drive online engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately generate leads and sales.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business objectives.
Content Marketing: Oversee content creation and distribution on digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email, and other content marketing channels.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Review third party campaigns and optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility and rankings.
Paid Advertising: Oversee third party partners to ensure properly planned, managed, and optimized paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Social Media Management: Create and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand presence and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and propose innovative strategies to stay competitive.
Technical Support: Provide basic to intermediate technical support within the corporate office and field sales team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
