Who we want :
The Director of Corporate Philanthropy will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure funding for United Way and promote year-round engagement with corporate partners through employee giving, corporate gifts, sponsorships, grants, volunteerism, CSR activations, and more. You will own a portfolio of accounts that represents approximately 20% of the unrestricted revenue goals for the Resource Development team. You will manage the Corporate Philanthropy team with a focus on mentoring and coaching to ensure the team’s overall success and annual revenue goal achievement. To achieve these goals, you will participate on the Resource Development Leadership Team, and collaborate closely with leaders in Marketing, Finance, and Impact, as needed.
