The Executive Assistant's primary role is to support their executive(s) across various obligations by adapting to their specific needs. The Executive Assistant must understand their executive(s) responsibilities, needs, and priorities to create the time and space needed to fulfill their duties. This role requires an individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with confidentiality.
In partnership with the CFO and Vice President, People, Culture, and Governance, this individual will support three board committees including : Managing correspondence with board members and team members; keeping up to date records of committee members; scheduling and organizing preparatory and committee meetings; drafting agendas; taking minutes; creating presentations; and completing follow up tasks as directed.
This individual will also be tasked with managing highly confidential documents and be involved in confidential conversations and meetings; compiling and organizing data for reports; assisting with organizational wide initiatives in support of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture; organizing, scheduling, planning, and helping to facilitate internal team meetings for the Finance and People, Culture & Governance teams.
Overall, the Executive Assistant must exercise a high level of sound judgment, thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, draw from experience to perform advanced support, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Education and Experience Requirements :
o Five to eight years of similar or related experience
o A college degree in non-technical discipline (BBA, BA, or BFA); or achievement of formal certifications recognized in an industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree; or in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through the combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training
