About the Position: In this role, you will coordinate and manage volunteers and internal programs, like the Kids First Fund, to drive community and UWMC impact to meet our goals.

What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience where customer service, communications, and critical thinking skills were required
- Demonstrated experience tracking and organizing information using Microsoft Word, Excel, or other software programs with attention to quality and detail in ensuring accuracy of information
- Demonstrated experience effectively working with people from different sectors and socio-economic backgrounds
- Demonstrated experience managing projects to completion
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong writing skills
- Experience with or a desire to learn Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite products
- Experience with or a desire to learn presentation and public speaking skills
