Description
You will work on a team to develop software and integrate systems using industry standards. You will be designing, writing, and deploying code, deploying the code, making repairs as needed and in the process improving the quality of life for hundreds of thousands of people throughout our state. This position is ideal for the person who wants experience becoming a full-stack developer.
What you will do
- You will write web-based software for use by the public and for internal employees.
- You will develop APIs to integrate systems.
- You will provide insight for business decisions by extracting data from systems.
When and where you will work
This position offers the opportunity to create your own schedule in collaboration with your supervisor. You will need to be available during business hours for meetings, but are otherwise free to determine how to best manage your schedules. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home 80% of your workweek once you complete your initial training. Very occasional nights and weekends.

Requirements
Who you are
- You have a Bachelor’s or Associates in a computer-related field.
- You have programming experience including Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- You enjoy writing code for products which will benefit hundreds of thousands of users.
