We are hiring for multiple positions serving locations including Auburn, Bonney Lake, Burien, Enumclaw, Federal Way, Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup, Milton, West Seattle and Spanaway.
Job Summary:
All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. The person doing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to adding new clients to the outreach program, retaining existing clients, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner. This position reports to the Laboratory Program Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish leads and introduce the laboratory services by delivering sales
presentations to increase your chances of completing a sale.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with all clients and their staff by
providing excellent service and by getting involved in training and problem resolution.
- Spend 80% of time building relationships with doctors or key individuals,
uncovering needs and presenting ways that our company services can add
value.
- Report any issues to the Laboratory Manager and /or UWL Program Manager and follow through with the resolution.
Be familiar with, and adhere to Compliance Policies and explain relevant issues to clients.
- Ensure that any supplies that are given to clients are in accordance with hospital policy and are reasonable based upon usage.
- Responsible for filling out and reporting on a daily basis the calls made including the purpose of the call.
- Responsible to treat all clients with honesty, dignity, courtesy, and respect.
- Maintain constant communication and coordination with operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Deliver supplies when needed
- Perform the duties of a courier if called upon
- Participate in the billing process, including separating clean and incomplete requisitions or cleaning incomplete requisitions, if called upon.
- Responsible for obtaining personal vehicle insurance
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
- Continuous sitting (up to 8 hrs/day)

- Fine manipulation with both hands, repetitive movement
- Frequent lifting of 10 lb. or less; Occasional lifting of 11 to 35 lb.
