WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Supporting loan processing and underwriting
- Interacting with clients
- Collaborating with your team
- Hitting daily production goals
- Reviewing information for completeness and accuracy
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from 3rd parties and clients
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knows how to use typical office tools like Microsoft Office, Excel and/or Google Docs
- Microsoft programs or similar computer software
- Comfortable in a quick-moving environment
- Excellent focus in an open workspace
- Great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a desire to learn and grow
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
