We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in platform development, lightning, .NET, functional programming tools, and knowledge of C or assembly. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Salesforce implementation and contribute to the growth of our organization.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on platform development.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Proficiency in Lightning development, including Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong programming skills in .NET and experience with functional programming tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable.
Nice To Have Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Create and optimize Salesforce workflows, triggers, and validation rules to automate business processes and ensure data integrity.
- Perform Salesforce platform configuration, including object and field creation, page layouts, and security settings.
- Design and implement custom Lightning components and Lightning web components to enhance user experience and drive efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues in Salesforce applications, working closely with end-users to identify root causes and implement timely resolutions.
