We are seeking an experienced UI Architect who is?passionate about creating elegant experiences that align business?goals with users needs.?You will work with business stakeholders, architects, and the UI / UX Team to design and create the best possible user experience, tools, and frameworks.?This position will allow you to have wide-reaching influence over the relationship between our users and UWM.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Designing and develop extensible enterprise grade software (30-50% development)
- Establishing and promoting best practices and patterns in software development
- Identifying opportunities to create reusable components
- Creating and enforcing architecture standards
- Mentoring and leading developers
- Estimating and delegating tasks for larger projects
- Assisting in setting the roadmap for the future technology stack
- Collaborating with other architects, developers and business clients to develop enterprise-grade software
