What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead, Campus Development position at United Wholesale Mortgage?

 

Position focuses on project managment and leading internal resources along with third parties and vendors.  Utilizing strong organizational and communication skills to communicate with all parties involved to ensure the outcome of a successful project in a timely basis. 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

● Bachelor’s degree or 5 years experience in project/facilities management

● Have minimum of 2 years of leadership experience

● Have some working knowledge in the building and construction trades

● Be a self-starter with strong independent work ethic

● Strong analytical and problem solving skills

● Ability to lead and work well with large and diverse teams

● Ability to work under pressure

● Translate requirements into tasks

● Experience with task scheduling and resource assignment

● Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope.

● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

● Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Lead a team of project coordinators, delegating and prioritizing the workload
  • Lead the space and occupancy planning of the Campus, to include seat mapping, providing occupancy reports, team signage, furniture inventories, and team moves
  • Lead warehouse operations and inventory management, as well as the stocking of UWM gear in our stores throughout the Campus
  • Maintain a project tracker, providing weekly updates to all active projects
  • Produce reports/presentations for executive leadership
  • Proactive approach to finding areas of improvement across physical space and team procedures, presenting them to leadership for approval
  • Other tasks as defined by leadership
