Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the engineering of network and computing systems that enforce security policies and controls, in addition to overall responsibility for identity and access managementLead the design, construction, and implementation phases of complex systems and projectsSupport the priorities planned and organized by the Security Architect in accordance with the roadmap for security architectureApprove security recommendations and design security services, particularly with regard to cloud initiatives and internally developed applicationsSupport the team in responding to risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and internal or external audits, as well as intrusion attempts and other forms of cyber crimeCo-develops standard security documentation to ensure the effective use of system and application information, to detect anomalous behavior and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements supporting leading security frameworksMentor and lead Information Security professionals, facilitating communication between teams and collaboration across teams, while driving projects and initiatives to completion and supporting the organization’s guiding pillars and leadership goalsParticipate in interviewsQualifications
Required :
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Security of increasing responsibility, resulting in strong familiarity with application and network securityExtensive experience with standard security tools and platformsExperience with identity and access management and governance (IAM / IGA) platforms and processesComputer-related degree or equivalent work experienceAbility to communicate with strong technical skillsStrong analytical problem solving skillsExperience with customer management (setting expectations, relationship management)Ability to work with limited guidance in a team environmentExperience with team member managementExemplary communication abilitiesAbility to mentor team membersExcellent organizational skillsPreferred :
Experience in the mortgage or financial services industryExperience implementing an established IAM / IGA solutionCISSP, CISA, CEH, CSSLP, CHFI, CCSP, GCIH, GCIA, PCNSE or other pertinent industry-recognized certifications
