Must-Knows

• This is an 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday
• This position requires 100% full-time, on-site attendance located in Pontiac, MI

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Collect, review and examine an applicant’s financial history and records
• Perform risk assessment reports
• Analyze client’s financial statements and identify effective alternatives to application
• Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation
• Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur
• Provide elite service to internal and external clients
• Communicate with clients on loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message
• Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Bachelors Degree OR
• Associates Degree with 12 months of experience in client service or mortgages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other internet resources
