We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Regional Operations Coordinator to support our healthcare team in Columbia, MD. This role is based in our Columbia, MD office with travel as needed to Washington D.C. and Virginia. The Regional Operations Coordinators primary responsibility is to facilitate and coordinate regional clinical teams to see patients. They must have the ability to adhere to company policy, adapt to changes and urgent needs and be goal-orientated for company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Facilitate patient scheduling by coordinating clinical teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and address operational issues, coordinating solutions with relevant internal and external teams.
Team Support:
- Support local operational teams, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Troubleshoot issues with staff by coordinating ancillary services as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication between client, patients, and clinical team.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address regional challenges and implement new initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on regional operations to senior management.
Local Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about local market trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
- Adapt company strategies to meet regional needs and opportunities.
