PT CNA Weekend Program, 4 shifts

Job Details

4-shifts per pay period includes every Sunday evening and every other Saturday day/evening double and every other holiday rotation

Perform direct patient care activities to ensure residents' health, comfort, and safety. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dental care, undressing, and toileting. Help with ambulation, transport, and transfers using appropriate devices and body mechanics for safety. Assist at mealtimes by setting up trays, feeding, and documenting meal consumption. Identify and report changes in residents' conditions to the Team Leader, including skin and mental status changes, and signs of depression. Communicate resident changes and needs between shifts. Maintain a tidy work environment, including resident rooms and common areas. Promote residents' highest level of functioning and independence through restorative and activity programming. Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing care plans with nursing and other disciplines. Follow care directives to ensure appropriate care delivery. Document all assigned residents' care, including using PointClickCare, CNA flow sheets, toileting documentation, intake and output, vital signs, and weights.
