Growing together.The C&S COO Georgia Health Plan is responsible for the operations and administration of all C&S products in Georgia and will partner with other lines of business, vendors and the State of Georgia. In this role, you will have leadership responsibility for claims, customer service, member and provider services, State Agency relationships and driving results and relationships with Shared Services and Functional partners throughout UHG.The preferred location for this position is Atlanta, GA. Telecommuters in the state of Georgia will also be considered. This position must reside in the state of Georgia.If you are located in Georgia, you will have the flexibility to work remotely

Concept, data pull, interpretation, creation, deployment, measurement, sustainability of actionMember Experience : NPS, management of Digital communication strategiesRegulatory management : referral account status and remediationDashboard structure : development of new metrics and the active oversight of KPIsShare Services / Key Stakeholder Goal integration and sustained market focusOperational Support to all LOBsProvider / Member Call Center : Benefit awareness, key initiative training, UES insightsClaims projects (CPM / CRT) : TAT management, project visibility, financial impactStrategy : market enhancements, stakeholder relationship buildingCuriosity and experimental mindset : willingness to test an idea and iterate toward better solutionsScale : promulgate scalable insights to other markets and LOBs for the greater good of the enterpriseLeading Long Term Care Contracting and Payer InnovationsYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications : 5 years of experience in Medicaid, LTSS, and Medicare Program and / or OperationsResidency Requirement in the State of GeorgiaPreferred Qualification : Experience working with complex claims and enrollment systems
• All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter PolicyThe salary range for this role is $150,200 to $288,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
