As a Business Intelligence Analyst Director, you will be responsible for delivering business insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement. You will serve as the primary business owner coordinating with Market, Finance, Product, Medical Directors and Healthcare Economics to identify and implement payment integrity opportunities.

The Business Intelligence Analyst Director will lead the development of a data-driven approach to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop business cases to influence market partners and stakeholders to prioritize and deploy new edits, vendors and programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions
Key Responsibilities include providing PI leadership and expertise, market-facing support & communications, and leading program management for all non-integrated and integrated PI services.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, 7 years working within a health plan and/or managed care business operations, and 5 years of PI ideation, pipeline and CBA experience.
