As a result, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Director, Business Process, Employee Relations.
This position supports end-to-end business process activities, assisting in creating, embedding/cascading, and transforming business processes to meet the changing needs of the business at scale. Collaborating with process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities aimed at realizing the team's full potential through transformation and modernization is also a key responsibility.
A critical deliverable will be to assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and diagnosing potential barriers or roadblocks, while supporting the design of solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. This role also assists with quality analysis, auditing processes and protocols, and may help with internal team reporting.
Key Accountabilities
- Supports thought leadership on business process transformation, quality, and training best practice strategies and other ER matters, serving as a resource to the Director, Business Process-Employee Relations.
- Leverages influence and informal authority to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation of existing and innovative approaches to work in support of the business as it transforms and grows.
- Supports and drives innovation anchored in the principles of the People Team's vision and spirit of continuous improvement, customer centricity, and growth mindset across all levels of the team.
- Drives technology enhancements, including AI and accessibility to advance employee experience and the enterprise Culture, Inclusion, and Diversity COE programs and priorities.
