Position Highlights:
- Provide health care and treatment services to patients with cardiology conditions
- Referral base of 100 employed primary care physicians and 100’s of contracted primary care physicians
- Value based approach to specialty care
- “Quality vs. Quantity Model”
- Patient panel is mostly geriatrics with Medicare Advantage coverage
- All metrics are based on quality
