Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute delivery of legal services and related support to our regulatory affairs organization.
- Drive implementation of new legislation, including mental health parity legislation.
- Counsel senior management on regulatory matters and risk mitigation.
- Provide legal support to regulatory issues, including market conduct exams and regulatory complaints.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree.
- Current license to practice law in one or more US jurisdictions.
- 5 years of legal experience.
- 2 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Managed Care Litigation, Health Parity, Healthcare insurance.
