Position Highlights
- Collegial group practice with a large referral base
- Established outpatient practice expanding due to increased patient volume
- Our team includes 5 physicians and 2 dedicated advanced practitioners, 4 audiologists
- Call is 1:7-8
- Full Audiology, vestibular testing and hearing aid dispensing services offered
- Main location will be in Worcester, additional locations could include Milford, Leominster, Southborough.
- Established minimally invasive balloon sinus surgery performed with 3 in-office operating rooms for minor procedures
- Robust allergy practice with testing, intradermal and sublingual immunotherapy
- The dept is open to building the practice to accommodate any additional surgical procedures of your interest
- Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems in place that allows you to practice at the top of your license
- State of the art Epic EMR system
- Student and Resident teaching; and Research opportunity available if desired

Required Qualifications
- BC/ BE in Otolaryngology
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or willing to obtain
- Active DEA License
Preferred Qualifications
- Subspecialty interest a plus
- Experience working within a Team Care model
- Fluency in EMR systems & technology
