- Collaborating with process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities aimed at realizing the team's full potential through transformation and modernization.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and diagnosing potential barriers or roadblocks, while supporting the design of solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools.
- Supporting the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs.
